He’s a trustee director of the NatWest group pension funds and was a Member of the Business Council of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland for five years.

Dafna Rolls – An Exploration of Mindset and How it Shifts with Experience

A conversation that is at turns hilarious and heart-rendering – but always uplifting – Nicci’s transgender journey is as unique as she is, but particularly insightful as to how women are viewed in the workplace – and she has seen both sides of this.

Jenny Segal – Speaking and Motivating With Images

Jenny Segal is a motivational speaker, author and photographer, with a focus on building resilience, improving communication and building better workplace cultures. She had a long career in the investment industry culminating in senior leadership roles in institutional business development and distribution areas and is currently a Senior Investment Officer with Nesta among other positions, including an ambassador role with the Diversity Project.
