She is also a passionate participant in fitness competitions – particularly those organized under the Hyrox Brand.

Machel Allen is President and Chief Investment Officer of Metis Global Partners, a firm she founded in November 2013. Maggie Rapplean is a partner at Moneta, the St Louis-headquartered national Registered Investment Adviser with over $30 bn in AUM.  She has a particular focus on family office clients and started her career at Wells Fargo.
